About JLT
Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) is one of Dubai’s most vibrant mixed-use communities, developed and managed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). The district combines residential, business, dining, and leisure spaces, all built around a series of man-made lakes and landscaped parks.
JLT Community Layout
- JLT is divided into 26 clusters, each identified by a letter from A to Z.
- Every cluster has a mix of residential, commercial, and hotel towers.
- In total, the community has around 80 high-rises, most ranging between 35 and 45 floors. The tallest is the iconic Almas Tower, standing at 66 storeys.
- Originally designed with four lakes, one was later converted into a large central park, giving residents extra green space.

Location of JLT
Positioned along Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), JLT sits directly across from Dubai Marina and close to Internet City, Media City, and JBR. The area is served by two Dubai Metro Red Line stations: DMCC Metro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station. From JLT, reaching Dubai International Airport usually takes 35–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
